Maintaining and modernising the house has been a labour of love for third-generation owners William O’Callaghan and his wife Aisling, your hosts.
Almost everything we produce for our restaurant is reared & grown on our working farm and walled kitchen garden. We are blessed with the freshest of seasonal fruit and vegetables.
Longueville House has received many awards and reviews over the years by visiting journalists and guests which highlight its reputation as one of the top Country House Hotels in Ireland.
Longueville House Hotel & Restaurant operates a five day week, Wednesday through Sunday, April – October annually. In winter months we open a three day week Thursday through Sunday 6pm, November – March. It’s always prudent to call & enquire first.
