A boutique stile Bed & Breakfast operated by Sean and Mary Lomasney and is one of the most historic buildings in Fermoy town, built in 1841 and was the subject of a remarkable restoration programme in 2005. Abbeyville House has achieved many awards including the top honours of a Five Star rating from Failte Ireland (Ireland’s Tourist Board). It is listed on many top guides and has achieved the “Highly Recommended as a Special Place to Stay and The Best of the Best” accolades in 2012 with Georgina Campbell’s Ireland. Abbeyville House has also achieved a place within the top 10% for its star rating and has won an AA highly commended award for guest accommodation for 2010/2011.
Abbeyville House offers guests five star bed and breakfast accommodation in our luxury townhouse setting with personal attention assured. Each room is beautifully decorated in period style furniture and has many of the original 1840s features are evident throughout this historic house.
Our six newly renovated ensuite bedrooms offer guests a choice of deluxe double, twin, single and family accommodation with satellite TV, wireless and ethernet internet access in every room with private off street parking. So whether your stay is for business or pleasure you will find Abbeyville House your ideal destination for your accommodation. We have one double room that enjoys ensuite facilities with a large bath and shower, three double rooms, one twin and one family room that enjoys ensuite facilities with showers. Free ethernet and wireless internet is available to guests in all rooms who have their own laptop computers. There is a computer available for guests to browse which is also free of charge in our spacious sitting room.

Booking Policy
All bookings must give credit/debit card details or forward a deposit to secure the booking.
Cancellations
- Bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival, a booking charge may be levied.
- Bookings cancelled within 48hours of arrival, the full charge may be levied.
