This site is owned by Cork County Council. The VisitCorkCounty logo, the VisitCorkCounty design and the Cork County Council Crest are owned by Cork County Council and as such:

  • use of documents and related graphics on this site are for information and/or personal use only
  • no use or display may be made of the VisitCorkCounty name or logo or the Cork County Council Crest without our prior written permission
  • no part of the materials on the site is allowed to be used for commercial purposes
  • In a case where these Terms & Conditions are breached, visitors/registered users’ right to use the site will cease immediately.

Acceptable Use Terms

The site may only be used for lawful purposes and users/registered members should under no circumstance:

Furthermore, registered users, by means of their contributions to the website, MUST NOT:

  • While every effort will be made to facilitate your preferred dates, bookings are subject to applicable availability. Furthermore, please be aware that weekend availability is limited and a minimum of 7 days advance booking request is required.
  • The winner may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this competition.
  • The prize winner, if under 16, must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Use of a false name or address by a competition entrant will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
  • Visit Cork and/or the promoter(s) will endeavour to deliver all prizes within 28 days of winning. Where this is not possible the winner(s) will be notified of a delay.
  • The prize does not entitle you to a cash value in lieu and tickets are non-transferable. The prize must be used by the winner and a companion travelling together.
  • Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish Law.
  • Entry shows acceptance of these terms and conditions and Visit Cork’s decision is final concerning these T&Cs or any ancillary matter.


Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions constitutes a material breach of the terms upon which visitors/registered users are permitted to use our site.

VisitCorkCounty’s operators and owners have complete discretion over determining when a breach of the Terms & Conditions has occurred.

The following actions will be taken in case of a breach of out Terms & Conditions:

  • immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of the right to use the site;
  • immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded to our site;
  • immediate, temporary or permanent closure of any registered account with our site
  • issue of a warning
  • potential legal action
  • disclosure of information to law enforcement authorities if deemed necessary


This site is established in Ireland in accordance with and subject to the laws of Ireland and will be governed by the laws of that country. When you use the Site, you accept that your use of the Site and any information on the Site (including these terms and conditions), will also be governed by the laws of Ireland and if any claim or dispute arises from your use of the Site and any of the information on it, you agree that the Irish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over all such claims and disputes.
