Located near Skibbereen, County Cork, Lassanroe Garden is a modest-size garden planted in 2000. It is home to a large collection of decorative bamboos, making it the perfect place to contemplate the tactile and visual qualities of these giants of the grass family.

Gravel and grass areas connect the plantings, which also embrace many large ‘Restios’ and embryo collections of tender woody plants. The vegetable plot and tunnel house are managed in a chemical free manner with a minimum dig policy.
