Culture Kitchen’s food tours take you on a journey to awaken the senses while exploring the stories of the people of West Cork, past and present.
Ireland is a living, breathing cornucopia of food and culture where green patchwork pastures meet the wild Atlantic coast. It is an area rich in tradition and history where you’ll find the evocative stone circles of ancient times and the modern, innovative artisans whose produce reflects the legacy of the past.
Our experienced and knowledgeable guides lead small groups (max 25 people) along the lesser travelled roads of West Cork, pausing along the way to savour the scenery, stories and foods of our vibrant landscape.
Each stop has been chosen for the quality of the experience, whether it’s tasting the food of our passionate producers or becoming familiar with the stories of the people who lived, loved and worked the land forming our rich heritage.
Our tours – which set out from Bantry – allow you to truly experience the heritage and culture of West Cork. Our guides offer a local perspective of the history of the region, and meeting our food heroes demonstrate the skills and expertise that have made them renowned worldwide.
Our scheduled tours cost €95 per person, including lunch and taxes.
